ESD CAN-ISA/200 I/O Controller - 1x CAN, ISO11898, 125 kbit/s, Low cost PC to CAN interface Simple Type: I/O Controller
The ISO 11898 compliant CAN interface allows a data transfer rate of 1 Mbit/s. The ISA/200’s CAN interface is electrically isolated, and one of its many features allows setting the baud rate by software. Software drivers are available for Windows, Linux, VxWorks, QNX4 and QNX6. Drivers for other operating systems are available as well. Like all low cost CAN PC boards, there are restrictions in comfort and data reliability with the CAN-ISA/200 due to the simple design of these boards. This design does not guarantee a reception without data loss because it depends on the bitrate, the performance and the operating system of the host CPU.
